EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR of WonderWorks Children¡¦s Museum, Oak Park, IL, a hands-
on multigenerational environment designed to strengthen the social,
emotional and intellectual development of children ages birth to ten.
Excellent opportunity to provide overall leadership in the development and
implementation of strategic and operational plans including budgets,
programming, and staff management.  Marketing and fund raising key
components of responsibilities.

Qualifications:
„h Advanced degree in education, management, nonprofit, or related field or
significant experience and training.
„h Minimum 3 years experience with demonstrated skills in fund raising,
marketing, effective grant seeking and proposal development
„h Minimum 5 years experience with demonstrated skills in leadership,
management, volunteerism, and philanthropy
„h Demonstrated skills and knowledge of management and training in
finance/budget, human resources, volunteer development, and organizational
development
„h Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
„h Ability to facilitate group interaction in a professional manner while
working collaboratively with diverse groups of people
