I hope this is a simple question, but currently I'm an Internet simpleton so I
don't know any better.  Would connecting your database to theinternet require
programming and/or can it be done from traditional database software?  If not,
would one convert files to the new format? (BTW-purely hypothetical because
we're nowhere close to having everything in the computer)
