The main reason the below is written - it may be a button/lever itself
This example below may be how it it is - one alternative to this - the world
is completely
evil.
Good and evil are on stage - this stage is what they have won/lost in the
good evil war -
good and evil are in costume in this stage. Evil has playthings (independent
grays may
exist). According to the rules of the good/evil war, if a plaything wakes
up, does not
allow itself to be driven crazy, "fights", possibly "jumps through 'the
hoops'"( consciously
or unconsciously), realizes their is a stage/a war between good and evil and
makes it
public, it has won permanently for good.
One way it may work - I show the actors (I"m not referring to movie/tv=
actors -
I'm referring to people who are good/evil who act according to what is
defined as reality
by the media/the educational system - the "old reality") what is good and
evil in the
reality of the stage, they revolt, a revolution. A problem, I haven't seen
anything besides
very "good" looks from some people, some "good" articles written for me and
...'s placed
for me in newspapers/.... See below "fax"
Its possible their could be "independent" grays - protecting themselves=
without
knowing it due to the reality they live in - good and evil being forced to
fight where grays
can't see it, if they did, the grays would go crazy/evil would be
overwhelmed by good/and
grays together (the grays now being human) I believe evil has broken the
rules of the
good/evil war in relation to me. What happens in this case? One possibility
- - if evil has
broken the rules of the war - assuming aliens involved. The good evil rules
of war being
applicable throughout infinity? Good will come and destroy evil on earth if
evil does not
adhere to the rules of war - (the Earth being an isolated good/evil unit -
fighting it out -
evil breaks the rules - good aliens are the ones who step in then) Another
possibility - The
actors ignore anything I expose, they continue fighting, I live a tortured
existence (good
winning today/evil winning tomorrow)
Being killed the old way - he's living in a Volkswagen bus - lets kidnap
him - he's
homeless, lets kidnap him, he's written this, lets kill him (it's posted on
the internet - an
evil person the old way would have "tracked me down" and killed me - ex.
killed by a big
corporation, killed by the church, killed by a group of child abusers. A
good person the
old way should have offered to help me, money, a place to stay,...) My
point, they could
easily "sleep dart me", taser me, knock out gas me, come up behind me and
grab me.
I "play the probabilities" - anyone can be killed "any time" in the old
reality. Evil
people the old way would have killed me long ago. They could easily
kill/kidnap me.
They haven't.
I placed a personal ad in the Orange County Register in early 1995 - no
positive
responses. I posted flyers ~"I have become telepathic in the last year. I am
seeking a
single woman to help me with/teach me about telepathy. John @
(714)998-0505." One
response, a man/teenager pretending to be woman. I placed these flyers in
Seal Beach,
Long Beach, in Los Angleses in a high traffic area. I also posted a personal
on a bulletin
board at Mothers Market in Costa Mesa, in some laundromats - no reponses. In
Houghton, I placed a personal in the Lode over the summer of 1995 - no
responses. I
placed another advertisement ~"Pauls son (sort) of seeks his people. ..." -
no respones.
(periods indicating remainder of article). I placed another advertisement,
"Good, will you
be its patron" No responses. I did not put my name or address or any other
identifying
information on these two above classifieds. I also posted at Jims Foodmart,
and at, I
believe, the Laudromat on Sharon and Festival Foods ~ "I am being tortured
physically/metaphysically/and psychologically. "Leto II" wants help"" I've
posted an
advertisement at MTU selling miscellaneous items I no longer want - an=
Ebo-Jager
Aquarium Heater - Second nature Whisper 600 pump, Two Powerheads, Skis, A=
2400
baud modem, a bike rack, - I listed my phone number and PO Box. Two respones
that I
know of, one person came and looked at my skis, never called/stopped back,
another
person wanted my altimeter, we set a time an place to meet - he didn't show
- some time
later, perhaps a week, he called and asked why I did not show - he used a
faggy voice -
used it the first time he called. The classified I placed the summer of 1994
- "A pass is
not a pass. I am not interested. Remember Pavlov. I will not let you make me
your man.
Leave me alone. Tell your kind everywhere. Leave the children alone."
Nothing increased
after this, the homosexual community didn't rape me/kill me. =20
An alternative - the stage still exist - the war between good and evil still
exist - dissident
is the word for a plaything which wakes up (possibly has to become famous
somehow) -
it having to fight its way to another country - a symbolic "good" place -=20
In my case their are some serious problems to this. If I'm a dissident its
the government
I'm fighting. If the government didn't know about me, or the government was
incompitent
their would be no problem. They do know about me in the old reality though.
The government, they new about me long ago - what I posted would have
motivated them
if they were a "dictatorship"
1. In late 1993 I submitted a request with the FBI to get my "file" if it
existed. (Via the
Freedom of Information act.) The response was negative. I strongly believe
that in the old
reality this is one way you get the FBI to pay attention to you. "Why does
he think we
would have a file on him?" Better watch, investigate him and see.
2. Driving into Alaska via Canada as I approached the U.S. entry station
their was one of
the people who searched vehicles, in uniform (a somewhat intimidating
uniform), this
person was pulling on a rubber glove as I drove up. They took my vehicle,
had me lock
up my dog, had me wait in their lobby area. Asked me to sit, I stood up
during the wait,
they indicated via body language that they did not wish me to do so, I
eventually sat, they
came and told me the bus was finished.
3.When I went to Switzerland, the driver who took me to the airport was the=
very
competitent, helpful but not overly so, professional but my friend also,
it's hard to
describe this, at the time the best way to describe this would be the U.S.
government
knew I was leaving, didn't have enough "on me" to stop me from leaving, but
wanted to
give me an interesting send off. This person looked more like an actor than=
the
sterotypical bus driver.
4.Returning from Switzerland, a customs officer examined my belongings.
(boxes, a
"suitcase", backpack, at this time, I don't remember them going through my
bike box or
my dogs carrier). This person was a person of authority, I believe he was
the boss (at
least for the immediate customs area)- not a normal customers office - from
his body
language it was obvious he knew who I was/was expecting me, he was very=
friendly
(overtly so - but not in an offensice manner). =20
5.I went to the FBI in April of 1995, told them some of what I was=
experiencing.
6. In Washington,DC walking down embassy row and through DC I would have=
stood
out.
7. What I have written would immediately attract this governments attention.
8. Attending Michigan Tech the second time what I wrote then and talked
about in class
would probably have attracted the governments attention - ROTC members,
"hicks" in
class, ....
My point, if the dissident thing is what Im "in", the government most
probably knows.
They have never directly approached me and said I'm from the FBI, CIA, ...
stop what
your doing. People have threatened to kill me - via their cars, body
language, or what
they have written and given me - it has never been direct - it has always
been indirect -
they have never blatantly/obviously tried to drive me down on the street -
Said to me "I'm
going to kill you."
In my case, assuming again I'm in the dissident thing, what will happen
when I get
political asylum in another country? Will that country listen to what I've
written and then
"be good". Will the rest of the world be good? I've already given some of
the countries, in
person, an earlier version of my "public notice"/copies of newspaper
articles intended for

I don't know if this make a difference in relation to the dissident thin

denounced my citizenship to the customs official when I entered Canade in
late 1994 - I
said to the customs official ~ "I do hereby denounce my U.S. citizenship".
Underground/subliminal stuff - I've admitted using layers - no offense,
communicating to
me in this way is only a protection from stupid evil people.

In audition to the audible/visual torture (cultural torture - see Edward T.
Hall - ex.
someone going to where the Bushmen live and acting like a bushmen. Them then
playing
around with the way they move/speak - slightly modifying the Bushmen body
language/language - driving them crazy with this) I am being tortured
metaphysically.
The people torturing me - used to be approx 3/4 of the people I encounter -
recently they
have been trying to focus me on individual people - "trying to make it look
like a local
isolated inicident" have been overstepping the usual way they torture me.
They have been trying to lead me via the new reality good/evil into
problems with
the old reality.
An example - Sometime ago someone sent me stamps (perhaps $20 worth) alo
ng
with some other misc. items. I sold this postage back to the post office. I
received office
supplies and postage for a Christmas gift. When I went to the post office
the postperson
(a different person from the first person) would not buy it back (he's was
in his
controlling/power character - not his friendly character) - they know I need
the money.
Selling postage look suspicious. They have, via the new way, said no to
buying the
postage purposefully trying to frame me. Hoping, that, via the old way some
one will
report me to the police for selling supsicious, possibly stolen postage.
Them hoping a
gray being will report it? I believe they may be breaking the rules in
another way, their
trying to pull me into a mind network (a virtual reality created via
metaphysics - in case
this need explanation: dreams - I do sometimes dream - I try to suppress
them - I've been
told that its possible to consciously control your dreams, take part in
them, Robert
Silverbergs book Lord Valentines Castle - I believe the conscious control of
dreams may
be a subset/part of mind networking/metaphysical virtual realities)
What I have written in my public notice is not some amazing fantastic
discovery - its all
too obvious.
Much of this planet is evil. I've realized it could all be good cop/bad cop
- at least where I
am now. See below example. From experience, I believe their are at least
human beings
on this planet. The virtual reality example - one of the things a good being

Following is an example demostrating the world is good/evil.
A linguist, a environmental "know it all", a guru, an economist, a "Noam
Chomsky", a philosopher, I don't know the name of this profession/skill (the
person who
can take something written and pare it down to its essentials - the "what is
this really
saying person" - find the basic logic of something written) - a cult
deprogrammer, a
person/people with money. All these people would not necessarily be
necessary. Get
most or some or these people together (some being the environmental person
and the
linguist, the environmental person and the "pare it down person", the
environmentalist
and the cult deprogrammer, these combos would be enough, from there they
would figure
out what is going on - figure out good and evil/good and bad/right and=
wrong)
Put all these people together for a month. Possibly longer/less. They wr
ite=
a
pamphlet, a letter, I strongly believe a book would not be necessary.=20
They distribute it - it is over.
What I've written should of done it the old way. I've sent grant=
applications
containing some of the information contained in the "public notice" out of

"They" have tried to "frame" me. The last week in August I submitted a
classified
ad to the Michigan Tech Lode (the perios I used, ..., have been placed by
writers in the
M.T. Lode, in the above "Jaguars masterminds" article, and ...) . Ad placed
- "Do you
"have" knowledge that should be in the library but isn't? "Common"
knowledge, tabboo,
.... Look up ... in the card catalog and ... isn't there. If ... is, what is
written is not the truth.
Write ... down & send ... to PO Box 284 Houghton MI 49931". The ad was
printed in the
Sept. 8 issue of the Michigan Tech Lode. The Library Bar & Restaurant was
destroyed by
fire on 9/5/95. The normal deadline for submissions of classified ads is the
wednesday
before the newspaper is printed - I belive the deadline fore classified ads
for this issue
was not wednesday but an earlie date due to fall term having started. I am a
political
prisoner. I am not in a jail of steel & concrete - their are "walls" that
restrict my freedom.
Below are "walls" that I have been researching, "trying to climb"/teach
people about (see
second page). The nature of good & evil, the use of psychiatry/psychology=
and
metaphysics by cults, religions, governments, and other institutions/people=
to
control/indoctrinate/brainwash/..., the use of brain damaging drugs and
shock treatment
by "mental health professionals", the lack of protection/help offered by
U.S. police for
people who encounter public/private persecution/torture/..., such as myself
(I have not yet
done a survey to determine what, if any, police departments offer
information on how to
combat public/private persecutiuon/torture/... - my curent knowledge is
based on personal
experience). Obvious places that should have literature on how to combat the
techniques
these institutions/people use lack or do not possess it.
I filed a complaint with Organization of American States in early June.
I
received
a response date June 12, 1995. I believe my complaint was never received by
O.A.S.
O.A.S. should have offered much more than they did (which is basically
nothing - their
response verified receipt of my claim and said my claim could not be
processed as it did
not meet the requirements etsablished in Articles 32 & 37 of the Regulations
of the
Commission). Article 32 - info must be given on exhausted domestic remedies
or info
must be given on why they weren't exhausted (I gave this information.=
Domestic
remedies pursued- contacted two police departments and the FBI. Why I
couldn't pursue
any more D.R.'s- from my claim - " ... he [the police officer] aksed wehe
re
my parents
lived (I in no way resemble a child) ... Talking to that police office in
any more depth,
giving him my parents phone#, [I was living in an apartment in Long Beach,
CA at this
time] or my local address would have endangered my life (placed me in danger
of being
placed in a mental hospital and "reconditioned")") (my parens[]). Article 37
- to admit a
petition domestic remedies must be invoked & exhausted. O.A.S.'s claim &=
letter
received & a letter sent to -> Center for Concern - no response, Center for
Constitutional
Rights - what I sent was returned in their envelope, nothing else enclosed,
Amnesty
International U.S.A. - ~ "Dear friend we can't help, call Civil Liberties
Union". Called-
did not receive any help. I have copies/originals of all of this, excepting
phone calls.
U.P.S. receipts, verifications of receipt via U.P.S. tracking system (verbal
confirmation-
names of who signed and dates received)/certified mail(returned signature
card),copies/originals of most envelopes received.
I have a problem, trust. I went to Switzerland (Geneva) Sept. 9th of las

year. I
assumed I had political asylum. This assumption was based on the "unsaid". I
rented an
apartment (thru Reggies Allan Bordier-Corrin & Christiana, 25 rue de Berne -
Madame
Mallard my "landlord"), was unable to find work. I contacted the police,
said I wanted to
discuss my situation, asked for political asylum, was interrogated, "given"
three days to
leave, notified I would be placed in jail/prison if I didn't. I then went to
Canada
(Vancouver), arrived October 18th, asked for political asylum. I was
tortured, placed in
jail (a city jail)(pending an answer on my political asylum request),
tortured, moved to
another jail (Vancouver pre-trial), tortured, moved to a mental hospital
(Forensic
Psychiatric Institue, Ward R3E), tortured - their for ~6 weeks, moved to
Vancouver pre-
trial pending my release, tortured, then released. I need more than your
word that
traveling to & living in ... will be safe. I need assurances of your
"trustworthyness". It's
either cat & mouse here or someone/s is protecting me. Meeting & talking=
with
you/others might/probably will be enough (I need to know "how things will
work" once
I'm in ...). I would like you to meet me here, in Houghton, MI if possible.
If this is not
possible, I would like you to send me money so I can rent a car, u-haul,
take a bus to your

Someone is being tortured/persecuted/"driven crazy". They go to the poli
ce.
They
are nervous/afraid- also not very articulate (afraid/nervous because they
know from
previous experience that some police people do evil). They "slip off the
track" when
explaining their situation. They "derail". The police suggest they go/take
them to the
mental hospital- "they can help you". (the police don't "know about" the
mental hospital)
At the mental hospital the person seeking help is committed. The persons
parents are
contacted (they are involved in the torture/persecution/"driving crazy" of
this person and
say THEIR son/daughter has failed to achieve what is expected of them.=
(their
son/daughter - a growing homosapien a possession - evil - "freed" when your
18) This
persons parents make $250,000 a year working as executives at "Pampers". The
person
committed has never accepted any job offers from their "parents" (family to
be defined
later). They will not work at the Pampers plant (they would work at Tidy
Didy if they
were hiring). This person is receiving shock & drug "treatment". They are
receiving brain
damage (possibly/most probably other "physical" damage) as a result. (Toxic
Psychiatry -
Peter Breggin - St. Martins Press) They are being told they are
diseased/mentally
disabled/schizophrenic/... (psychiatrist are currently trying to turn an
externally and/or
internally? generated condition- what they call schizophrenia- into a
disease). This person
is being told to work at Pampers/.... This person is being brainwashed.
"Affective flattening is especially common and is characterized by the=

face appearing immobile and unresponsive, with poor eye contact and reduced=
body

maintaining a rigid
posture and resisting efforts to be moved...". (pg. 276-DSMIV) "...their

understandable but digressive, vague, or overly abstract or CONCRETE...".

A "hardcore" person somehow gets placed in a mental hospital/ is talking
to=
a
shrink. This person doesn't smile when the psychiatrist smiles, doesn't
laugh when the
psychiatrist laughs. This person does not mirror the psychiatrist behavior.
This person
does not do what the psychiatrist tells them to. This person says what they
mean, does not
"beat around the bush". According to the psychiatrist (especially if they
don't like this
person) the person has signs of/is schizophrenic.
