Hello! I am an intern at a small contemporary arts museum at a university, and I'm scoping out pricing for member trips. Our base membership level is $35 and we are non-profit. We're looking to take some members (number unknown as of yet, but surely not more than 20) on a day trip to another museum in the state. It would be a four hour drive (one way, that is, so eight total) and we'd be using a couple of rented vans. Our curator will be leading the tour.
In addition to fees, what would any of you believe to be the pricing range to charge members? Absolutely any ideas, suggestions, etc., would be greatly appreciated.
