My museum has been using Central Desktop for the last 2 years.  It has 
taken a while to gain widespread use across the museum but now many 
people look to a project's site to find information, images, track 
tasks, etc. rather than call a number of different people.  The proposal 
to move to Google Sites may be more of an issue of change than 
substantial differences between the two.
