Dear Listers,

I've read a couple of replies to this message now, and I believe both
of those who replied missed the point. I don't think the original
person was complaining about paying a penny to get in at all. I
think he was pointing out the absurdity of being able to pay a penny
to get in to view the museum's holdings, but having to pay a dollar
to enter just to use the toilet. Personally, I'd pay the penny, say
I was going to enjoy the museum, if all I had to do was use the
toilet.
