The Centennial Museum at The University of Texas at El Paso (Natural and
Cultural History) is seeking a Museum Science Educator for full-time,
grant-funded position through 8/31/97, with potential funding until
8/31/99.  Educator will present teachers workshops, develop science out
reach to schools and provide supporting informal science learning in the
museum.  Masters required with Ph.D preferred, computer literate;
demonstrated sckills in written and verbal communications, organizational
and interpersonal skills.  Experience with teacher education and training
in science.  Museum experience helpful.  Successful candidate must pass
security check by campus police.  Send cover letter, resume and three
