Hi Loretta,
I used to do this with a custom made mount called a "spider."  It is
basically an inverted "Y" shaped bracket made out of plex or metal.  The
very ends of the bracket are bent around the edge of the basket and the
mount with basket can then be hung on a wall using a hole in the center of
the "Y." (the mount- not the basket!)  If using metal, the ends that are
bent around the edge of the basket should be padded.  I hope this helps
and is a clear enough description.  If not, let me know and I'll send you
a drawing.
