You might consider finding any or all "female-related" angles and creating a
few displays highlighting those on a rotating basis. Then use your usual
channels of communication to get the word out that you have something the
women might be interested in seeing.

Or perhaps you might consider making one of the "new" museums in the complex
a "women's" museum devoted to their role in the region and your area of
interest. Although I think that might be going a little extreme in trying to
attract women to your facility.
