Hi Mary Agnes,

I would STRONGLY recommend that you develop a masterplan--this covers
mission, visitor experience, types of installations, community and formal
education programs, projected annual operating budget and, of course, intial
capital budget/campaign for the concersion of the WPA building.

Contact me off-list if you would like some names of master plan firms.
