Drexel University has a large Historic Costume collection, and its museum
houses a fairly substantial textile collection. I don't know if we can
help, but you can send queries to me and I'll forward them to the right
people.
 
We are struggling with a meagre budget and no full time curator for either
the collection or the museum. Anybody in the same situation who has any
tips, please write!
