You can split the revenue anyway that the two parties (widow as copyright holder and the museum) agree, per advice of your lawyer.  No two agreements will be the same.  Obviously, try to calculate how much revenue you will need to generate in order to cover the production & marketing expenses, and if after expenses & the widow's share there will be anything left.  Try to determine *beforehand* if there is sufficient demand for these reproductions.

This is something the museum should retain control over. Imagine the reverse; there would be no reason for the museum to get into the whole project...
