We hired Randi Korn (I'll have to get the correct spelling and phone number
for you) and Associates to evalutate the exhibit. The exhibit included two
touch screen kiosk presentations and a web site. I sat down with one of
Randi's associates for about 3 hours while she surveyed the web site.

They have experience with kiosk presentations, but web sites are fairly new
to them. The web site itself needed to be addressed in two ways also, as a
site visited from home by a single person and as a site available on a
public kiosk in the museum.

The evaluation was undertaken after the web site was pretty much done. As
I said, we made most of the changes that they suggested.
