i'm curious about the use of email lists in marketing of museums, and would like to see any "policies and practices" that are written in this regard by your institutions; i'm curious about limits in place at your institutionsas regard the use for museum exhibitions, information, museum stores, lectures/classes, etc. -
also, what programs are being used to facilitate the collection, distribution, and maintainence? what are the benefits and downsides? has email distribution been determined "successful"?
  any thoughts welcome,

mark
