I picked up a little useful helper on this and it's
something I now do. Those virii are apparently quite
large and not necessarily in a visible exe type file.

If you have the ability to sort your mail by size,
start with that at first. If you have a really large
file that has no apparent attachment, and it's not
from someone you recognize as being otherwise verbose,
especially if it has a hokey title, dump that sucker.
Good chance it's got some hidden scripting in there.

I took a Javascript class a few years ago, which was a
great eye opener. They can script that such so that
you can't see the code, even if you do a view source.
Now some of the more techy types may know how to do
that, but that's way to computer geek for my poor
little mind.
