The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art is seeking an Associate
Registrar/Exhibitions and Loans.  This position serves as exhibitions
registrar, prepares registration section of exhibition budgets, administers
loan requests, makes shipping and courier arrangements, coordinates packing
with preparators and conservators, prepares incoming and outgoing condition
documentation, arranges insurance coverage, and acts as courier as needed.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in art history or related field
(master's degree preferred); five years museum registration experience with
domestic and international loans and exhibitions; excellent time management,
organizational, and oral/written communication skills; strong interpersonal
skills; attention to details; ability to manage multiple priorities and work
well under pressure; and computer experience (preferably with Microsoft
Office and Argus collections management system).
