I don't know Colorado, but I can tell you that here in Massachusetts,
Wainwright Bank is extremely friendly to non-profits.  Also, again locally,
Cambridgeport Savings Bank has no fees for non-profits other than the
printing of checks.

But the real thing I wanted to say was don't forget to "negotiate" with a
local bank to get the fees waived.  The manager has the authority to do
this and a nice mention of their "generosity" in your newsletter/on your
web site more than makes up for the lost fee revenue.
