Hi all:

We are in need of a new vacuum for weekly maintenance needs at our house museum. We are
currently using a Miele for floors etc, and have just purchased a nilfisk for collection objects. The
Miele needs replacement but with the new nilfisk, I don't think we need it to preform the same
types of jobs as the Meile once did. Our visitation is not massive, but we do have high traffic areas
and lots of school groups in the fall, winter and spring.

Does anyone have recommendations for a vacuum that will handle these high traffic areas such as
the orientation area where people come in with wet boots in the winter, but also will be gentle
enough for hardwood floors and not distribute particulate matter back into the environment?
Reasonably priced suggestions would be most helpful!

Thanks!
