Some suggestions for putting together your own "museum studies" program
where none exists:

marketing courses in a management school
budgeting and accounting also in a management school
material culture studies in either anthropology/history/American studies, etc.
archival courses in a library school

other courses might be found in recreational management programs, education
courses in colleges of Ed, maybe even design courses in architectural schools.

Depends on what kind of museum work that you want to get into...staff
in museums always seem to be coming from diverse backgrounds with
very different educational resumes.
