I need guidance. My employer, publisher of a major multi-
volume encyclopedia, uses the term "Oriental Art" for an
article on that topic. We believe that there is a movement
among museologists to prefer "Asian Art" in referring to
the collections in their institutions. This, I suppose, is a
part of the widening effort to be PC. We, too, wish to be
PC and will welcome any references, experiences, or opinions
to help us decide whether or not to move the article from
the O volume to the A volume.

(Am I asking the right List?)

Thanks.
