You could order two reports from an organisation in the UK-if you
interested in experiences there:

Museums, Galleries and New Audiences by Kathryn Mathers

Young People and Art Galleries by Sara Selwood.

Both have case studies of museum programmes aimed at young people
in general and disadvantaged youth.
