I am embarking on a partnership with another museum and  am looking for an example of a partnership agreement form or letter that we might be able to use.  I would love any information about what I should consider including, standard language, any resources for looking at examples, or an example letter. My hope is to outline the partnership as much as possible from the beginning so that both parties are comfortable and fully understanding of what each museum will get out of/put into the partnership. Obviously, I want both of us to benefit from the partnership.
