Listers - There is an interesting article in today's Chicago Tribune about
a consortium of 13 museums in the Chicago area that have joined together to
ask the State legislature for $400 million over a period of years. I think
this might be an interesting trend for museums to insure a steady stream of
revenue for unglamorous things such as infrastructure improvements. As
someone mentioned in the article, it's very difficult to get donations for
sewers. Donors don't want their names on a sewer grate or a new HVAC
system.
