Just a reminder that there is a yahoo listserv for small museums
administered by the Association for State and Local History. More
information can be found at

I am looking for information from other small museums. Would you be
willling to give me information regarding how your operating revenue
comes in (not including capital)? For example, what percentage of your
revenue comes in from these areas:

Admissions
Education Programs
Grants
Fundraising
Membership
Gift Shop.

We're trying to set a baseline for our museum. Currently our museum is
wholly supported by another organization that we are separating from
very soon. Your info will be very helpful. Thanks
