Oh, I forgot.  I had a poppy seed bagel for breakfast (they tend to test
positive in drug testing).

On the other hand, that dinosaur may have fallen due to someone elses
negligence, a broken bracket, or any number of a million other reasons.
Also, you may not have been altered at the time of the accident.  The tests
are not conclusive as to when ingestion occurred, only positive/negative,
and in some cases, amounts in the body at time of testing.

Not all employers tend to be as resonable as the participants of Museum-L.
Personally, I feel that whenever we infringe upon the rights of others, we
must tred softly, carefully, and be even more aware of stones and glass
houses.  None of us are perfect, all the time, and sometimes, most times, an
accident is an accident.  How about trusting your employee's judgement?  If
you can't trust them, how can they trust, and respect their employer?
Without this mutuality, how can they ever feel what they do, is more than
just a job?

I have been very disturbed with this "investigation" thread.  Has anyone
else?  Have we gotten to the point where trust in fellow human beings, is no
longer in the equation?  Some may hide behind the vail of "Policy," or "the
insurance company Policy."  Not a reason, just an excuse.

Everthing seems to resolve around "what IF."  How about, "what IS?"
