The Museum of Appalachia seeks to hire a Documentation Assistant to fulfill 
the final year of a three year grant funded by the Institue for Museum and 
Library Services (IMLS). The Documentation Assistant will number, document 
and photograph the Museum's large collection of artifacts and enter the 
information into the PastPerfect program.

This is a temporary, one year assignment.  Applicants should be familiar with 
Appalachian/pioneer artifacts.  Working knowledge of the PastPerfect program 
is a plus.  Museum experience preferred.
