If you mean the Spiral Jetty in the Great Salt Lake in Utah, it was
visible a few years ago when the water was down, though not in perfect
shape if I remember correctly.  You might get in touch with someone in
Utah, perhaps the Utah Historical Society or the University of Utah
Museum of Art or Natural History Museum.  I know the Historical Society
has a web page, I would assume the University does as well.
