To whom it may concern,

        Conservation Materials went out of business sometime during the summer
this past year.  A new company called Conservator's Emporium has opened up
with a very similar product line to that of Conservation Material.
Conservator's Emporium has no association with Conservation Material, LTD.
 We are a new company started on July 1, 1997.  We have an extensive
