Thank you, David H.!  I know what words I put in (and they may be strange, but I
 can be responsible for that) but I don't
see how they come out.  Some messages I receive are also discombobulated, with s
trange spacing, unaccountable shifts
from italics to plain text and back, etc.  I have usually sent e-mail messages f
rom the smaller, default format my Netscape
2 software sets up.  For this response, I have stretched to full-page width.  Fe
