Hi Listers!

I am interested in hearing from any county history museum that is operated by its county's Parks and Rec. department. What is your management structure? Who makes the "museum" decisions (those which should ideally be made by a trained museum professional)? What, in your experience, are the advantages and disadvantages of being under county control?

Many thanks for your help.
