Many pardons if this observation is simplistic:  For a satisfactory
construction project, make sure that the museum's project manager
can read construction drawings.  It's a modest skill, rapidly
learned by the minimally astute.  It is the language of con-
struction.
 
Real-life proverb:  I once lamented to a Japanese friend how
frustrating it must be that all Japanese know some English
but few from the US know any Japanese.  He replied, "We
don't mind at all.  It's very easy to buy from someone if
you don't speak his language, but very hard to sell to him."
