The Swan House (c.1928) and the Tullie Smith House (c. 1850) at the
Atlanta Historical Society have fairly heavy visitation.  There are real
problems at the Swan House especially regarding the floor coverings and
wear and tear.  The curator at the Swan House has been there forever,
although she does not have any formal training, so she can offer so long
term views on the problem.
