The theme for the International Museum Day for 18 May 1996 is "Collecting
today for tomorrow"
Do not forget that 1996 is also the 50th Anniversary of ICOM (International
Council of Museums)

The members of the Advisory Committee of ICOM and the ICOM Institutionals
members will receive in January some documents concerning the International
Museum Day and the 50th Anniversary of ICOM.
