Mike,
One of the best sources of that information is the annual ALI-ABA legal
issues of Museum Administration conference.  It is held each "spring" and
is worth the investment.  ALI=American Law Institute--ABA=American Bar
Association.  The audience is equally made up of museum types, and attorneys.
Great stuff.  Ask the AAM for info.
