Although I worked in a museum full-time in grad school, I still had to take
out loans AND I became a vegetarian. Meat became a luxury. If anyone needs
recipes for rice, beans, pasta, or veges, let me know. I'm also the
leftover queen. Even now, I continue those frugal ways since we're paying
off those loans. :) Many job descriptions for E.D. or development officers
require experience in fiscal matters and planning budgets - been there,
still doin' that! Cheers!
