Fees should be about the same as regular rental fees PLUS the loaded
rate of at least one staff member who will be on site at all times
watching the film crew. The loaded rate is their hourly rate plus
overhead HR costs, which usually means double their rate (i.e. someone
making $10/hr really costs the site around $20/hr when you add in
benefits, hr time to do payroll, etc.). Factor in overtime as well.
Their crew is getting paid overtime. Your crew should be too.

Never ever feel greedy. They have a budget and will try to get the
price down as cheap as possible. Stick to your guns about your price,
esp. paying for your staff to watch them. Also charge them for any
meetings and walk-throughs as well. They are getting paid. You should
too. I've done too many meetings and walk-throughs with film crews,
taking up hours of my time, only to be turned down in the end. If it
is important to them, they'll pay.

Hope this helps.
