Try looking up FANA, an international, non-profit organization dedicated
to fans.  Sorry no address, but you'll probably find it on the Internet.
 Also, the American Institute of Conservators.

If you want to contact me privately, I'll give you the address of a fan
collector referred to me who might be able to help you.
