Hello listers

Through all of my museum work I have become increasingly interested in
identifying Native American objects to specific tribes, specifically Plains
groups.  Does anyone have any good references on symbolism, common elemental
designs, shape of objects, etc that are used to identify Native American
tribes???  I would appreciate references for identifying all tribal groups,
but specifically Plains.
