This depends, to a certain extent, on what media you want to work in.  Here
are a few just generally,

-Rhode Island School of Design, they prefer students not right out of
college
-Mass. College of Art and Design in Boston, they have their own 24"
Polaroid  studio.
-NYU of course.

My suggestion would be to ask professors for school ideas that would fit
your medium and working style.  I was rejected for RISD because I didn't do
digital photography as my personal work and that was the type of MFA
photography students they decided they wanted that year.  This changes from
year to year.  And also don't bother asking if they actually HAVE any MFA
spots open, they won't tell you, you just have to put in your $50 and pray.
 As for schools with study abroad, I don't know.
