Another software solution - I've been making media for museums and
corporations for 10 years.  It would be very surprising to me if the
developer creating your media piece was unable to restrict access to certain
key combinations or to "catch" them.  A good programmer will always put in
something like "if the user presses control,alt, and delete at the same
time, do nothing" (as opposed to allowing the standard functionality to
manifest itself).

specific to the presentations you've created.
