If you are not also upgrading your facility, a good place to start
might be with the vendors of storage units.  They will be happy to
come in and help you assess your needs and provide a proposal.  You
might want to talk to a few informally to get a better sense of your
options and then then send out a request for proposals (RFP) to a
wider range.  The RFP is a lot of work, but makes comparisons much
simpler.

These companies also will likely know of people who can help you with
the planning part of the process.
