Some months ago I agreed to provide consulting
services for a nearby museum.  After drafting an
agreement, I was asked to alter the agreement to state
that the Board President's company would be the part
responsible for my payments instead of the museum.  I
was informed by the Board President that he would pay
me directly and be reimbursed by the museum.

I expressed concern that this arrangement might appear
as a conflict of interest.   He wasn't concerned and
said neither was the Museum Director nor the Board.

I had mixed feelings but accepted because the subject
materials was of great interest to me and I thought I
could contribute significantly to the projects.

The Board President made the initial payment but since
has consistently behind in the payments.  He ignores
my invoices.  Currently, he is almost four months
behind. I have sent copies to the museum and requested
payments.
