How funny to think that something like color could be thought of
as so concrete. 1) I am color blind to a certain extent and so my
*perception* of color is much different than others no matter what
light. 2) The very properties of color are that they absorb
and reflect light--true the type of light / time of day all have
an effect on how we perceive color--but is is ever changing. 3)
Many artists whose work is now famous suffered from severe eye
aflictions that affected their color perception--Degas, Monet,
Cassatt, to name only three--gee, I wonder what they saw, anyway?
    4) I visit museums all the time and would like you to tell me
specifically which ones display their works of art under
flourescent lighting--I know none that do so.
