We use some recessed Lightolier brand fixtures, but for maximum durability
and versatility LSI, Light Services Inc. is probably the most heavy duty
track lighting setup you could use.  Versatility could come from a dimming
control system.  Ours has two circuits per track with each one independently
controlled.  We use a controller from Electronics Diversified, Inc., but
have had a few problems with this so if anyone else has a controller source?...
