For those of you interested in mystery novels set in museums, I suggest
you check out the author Elizabeth Peters. She has a series of novels
concerning a character called "Vicky Bliss", a museum curator in
Munich who runs into all sorts of museum mysteries. As well,
Elizabeth Peters, whose real name is Barbar Mertz, has a PhD in Egyptology,
and also writes archeological mysteries set in Eqypt at the
turn of the century. The ensuing antics of Amelia Peabody and her
family are not only amusing, but extemely interesting and historically
sound. Most of these novels are readily available at any public
library or bookstore.
