Dear friends and colleagues,

I am moving forward and beginning to work on my doctoral research for next
year.  I am first collecting and analyzing data regarding what sparks
people's motivation and passion in their work and what drains their energy.
It would be really helpful if you could answer the following questions and
send them to me.  Please note if you do not want your name associated with
your comments, please say so.  If you are comfortable, please add your title
(role) and organization so I can begin to explore if levels in an
organization and type of organization have an impact on these issues.  For
participating in this, I would be glad to send you a list of the responses I
receive to this email.

Fell free to keep your answers very short.  Also, feel free to forward this
to anyone you think would be interested in participating and seeing the
results.
