I am on the board of a technology museum (primarily run by
     volunteers) that has the opportunity to move its site to an area
     where more tourists and visitors are located.

     Of course, they have no money to hire outside professionals, but are
     aware that they should do a feasibility study to figure out whether or
     not this is a good move for them.

     Are any of you out there in Museum-land familiar with feasibility
     studies and where I might get some assistance in the form of written
     materials that outline that process? Or, would you be willing to share
     a copy of a feasibility study you have in your records? If it is
     particularly lengthy, I would be happy to pay xeroxing and postage
     costs.
