I am an Australian-based freelance journalist researching a light hearted
story on accidents in museums and art galleries - visitor and staff
clumsiness, breakages, small visitors taking fright at particular exhibits
etc etc.

I am particularly keen to hear stories about Australian institutions, but
would be very grateful for anecdotes from anywhere in the world.
