We are in search of a group visits/scheduling coordinator for our museum
client in New York City.  The ideal candidate will have a BA, excellent
communication skills, and the ability to liaison with a variety of museum
departments and volunteers.  Responsibilities include booking reservations:
handle tour inquiry calls, process tour forms and payments, and manage
financials related to group reservations.  MS Word and Excel proficiency
required. Knowledge of Microsoft Access and Vista ticketing system a plus!
Salary to $27K plus excellent benefits and opportunity to grow with an
