Jane, just a slight correction on your advice to Diane Gutenkauf about
contacting the Museum of American History Archives Center regarding
silent-film sheet music. We collect sheet music, but this is not Fath
Ruffins's area. I've printed Diane's request and will bring it up at our
Archives Center staff meeting tomorrow morning, so that anyone
interested can contact her. We have four staff members with an interest
in sheet music and one (Wendy Shay) involved in film history. Fath is in
charge of our advertising history collections. --David Haberstich
